The photos were misleading, the item is plush. As in a stuffed fabric poorly constructed frame. The white border around the picture is the worst, there are a few raw edges in the corners. We gave it as a gift still because it wasn't worth the money in return shipping. We also ordered the partner product "Groomsmen" and it was the same. Both are not worth the $$
